Pereira & O'Dell, an advertising agency heavily influenced by digital culture and focused on creating cross-disciplinary campaigns, today announced the promotion of Jason Apaliski and Robert Lambrechts to associate creative directors. The duo are among Pereira & O'Dell's first three hires and helped develop much of the creative work that secured landmark wins for the agency including LEGO, Corona beer and University of Phoenix. "Jason and Rob possess a sort of alchemy -- they know how to make people want to talk about things; their ideas and excitement are contagious, and this is what Pereira & O'Dell is about," said PJ Pereira, chief creative officer and co-founder of Pereira & O'Dell. "Beyond their talent and obvious passion for their craft, these guys are always breaking the rules a little bit -- and here, that provocative thinking earns you a promotion."
