Sell My Timeshare NOW Employees Make Holidays Brighter for Dover Children's Home
Employees of New Hampshire-based Sell My Timeshare NOW and VacationOwnership.com helped spread holiday cheer to the young residents of Dover Children's Home. Working together to fundraise through activities including bake sales and a chili cook-off, the employees of the timeshare resale, rental and brokerage company collected $1,680 in donations, a dozen $10 Wal-Mart gift cards, and tote bags filled with household items, which they delivered to the nonprofit facility in time for Christmas.
The historic Dover Children's Home was founded in 1893, initially as an orphanage. Today the program serves adolescents in need, strengthening family relationships through residential treatment services and educational programs. Offering programming for children ages 12 through 18, and a PILOT House independent living program for 16 to 18 year olds, Dover Children's Home serves teens from all areas of New Hampshire.
